This INFO pack applies to Our on piste accomadation and not to our flexi ski plus packages Welcome to Montecampione. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR SKI VOUCHERS BY E-MAIL AROUND 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE. Your resort Guide Montecampione Passes and Hire Ski passes will be assigned to you by reception on your arrival. NOTE WELL: use ONLY ONE PASS per day. WARNING The Resort has installed magnetic ski pass readers (no need to "punch" pass in machine) No picture is required BUT make sure you have only ONE valid DAY pass with you (leave any others in your room) and that you throw it away at end of day so as not to confuse with unused passes. (If you have a 6 day pass this will still work) If you have more than one pass in your pocket the machine will activate ALL of them and then the next day NONE will work. We accept no responsability for not following this guidance...PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Ski hire is claimed using voucher sent before arrival (or left at reception) at Toini Ski Hire near lifts at 1200mts or in main building of 1800mts. Toini Ski Hire at 1200mts has moved to be near the ski lift and is at the top of slope on left as you enter resort from bus area. This is more convienient for our customers and will help improve service. Reception 1800 mts: Ente Gestione Le baite at REAR of building open every day 9.00-12.00 and 14.00 to 18.30. Late arrival must get keys from front reception... see diagram 1200mts: Ente Gestione La Splaza..new reception in Middle of building near bar and above garages (typically Italian the signs are not so great so do leave luggage and find the reception before carting your luggage with you. Open 09.00 until 21.00 every day. Late arrival arrange with me late check in. Wireless internet available in reception area free of charge (ask reception for password). telephone NOTE: Please be advised the Residence will request a 100 Euro deposit . This is only a deposit to make sure you don't run off with the television ! NOTE: We are the only operator who INCLUDE Linen and Final cleaning (no hidden charges) but reception may be staffed by a new person who asks you to pay these on arrival. DO NOT PAY (we have paid for you) and refer them to Alex of Monticolo or Antonio of Le Baite. Linen will be given to you by reception and it includes towels, dish cloth and bedding.
