La Splaza complex offers around 130 furnished apartments in different styles and sizes.
Its is situated directly in front of Montecampione main ski lift, and enjoys extraordinary views of the slopes and the surrounding mountains and the valley and lake below.
Designed to satisfy the needs of the skiier, all apartments are furnished in a tradional lodge style, many with panoramic balconies. HALF BOARD available.

The architecture of the residence La Splaza, Montecampione, is in a typical alpine style. The Splaza apartments form an elegant circle around an internal square, where a fountain made of Valle Camonica granite is the central feature. The complex has shops, various restaurants, a bar and plenty of space to enjoy the sun.
Additional services are also available: day and evening entertainment, miniclub (kindergarden), swimming pool (IF available) and sauna. Also nearby is a supermarket and deli.

The Montecampione Ski Resort
Situated close to the great lake of Lake Iseo, in front of the scenic mountains of Presolana, the town Montecampione Alpiaz is one of the newest and most modern ski resorts in the region.
Montecampione La Splaza is easily reachable from all the main cities in Northern Italy, and also from Milan Bergamo airport (Ryanair hub) in just 50 minutes.
The ski resort is situated at an altitude between 1200m and 1800m. At 1200m you will find “La Splaza residence” (with free parking) and it's central courtyards with views over the majestic Valle Camonica below.
Montecampione offers extensive slopes were you will nearly always find snow, due to a very advanced and extensive network of artificial snow canons. Altogether there are 15 main slopes with different grades of difficulty, from children’s slopes to the professional black slopes.
The Montecampione ski school caters especially to beginners and has English speaking instructors.

Studio apartment, sleeps 2 to 3 persons. Sofa bed, bunk beds, bathroom, Kitchenette.
La Splaza Type T2:
Studio maxi (sleeps 4): Entrance hall with bunk beds, open bedroom (separated with curtains) with twin beds, livingroom with sofabed, cooking and dining area, bathroom.
La Splaza Type T3:
Two roomed (sleeps 4/6): Entrance hall with bunk beds, seperate double bedroom, livingroom with sofabed, kitchen and dining area, bathroom.
La Splaza Type T4:
Two roomed (sleeps 4/6): Entrance hall with bunk beds, livingroom with sofabed, kitchen and dining area, 1 or 2 double bed areas plus 1 or 2 bathrooms.
