The Montecampione ski resort is one of Italy’s youngest and most exclusive resorts and operates from mid December to end March. There are slopes for all ages, Over 70 expert instructors and numerous mountain lodges for a relaxing lunch.

Lifts cover Montecampione for over 10 Km, with a transport capacity of 18.000 people per hour and extensive ski-runs with fine views of which over 25 Km are covered with programmed artificial snow system from December to March to assure to everybody, either beginners or professionals, the possibility to have a great ski time in Montecampione
The ski hire shops are found at Montecampione station 1200 mt near the lifts and Montecampione Station 1800 mt and in all three stations there are various restaurants along with mountain lodges at the top of the mountain . The Montecampione resort goes on up to over 2000mts.

The nearby town of Boario Spa also makes a perfect location for skiing, as it offers beginners, intermediates and mixed ability groups both an exceptional price and variety whilst getting to try out and improve your skiing. Nearby there is Lake Iseo, shopping, eating, excursions and activities (car may be required).
Apart from its location, another unique feature of Montecampione is the subtle mix of sport, nature, history and Italian culture. There are many things to do in the area and something for everyone.

Location is another key factor in choosing Montecampione. Just 50 mins (by car) from nearest airport and a regular shuttle service from airport to Bergamo bus station with buses every half hour to Boario (stopping at 19.30 in the evening). The direct bus shuttle from Boario to Montecampione is twice in the morning and once in the afternoon and departs just outside your door. There is no public transport from Bergamo to Montecampione itself.

Montecampione is the closest ski resort to Milan Orio Bergamo airport which is Ryanairs Italian Hub with hundreds of flights per week arriving from all over Europe. Sky Europe and other low cost airlines are also based here. And when you arrive...you could be on the slopes in less than an 90 mins !
